Returns the minimum value of calling object complex elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1].

Description

The result is a complex value. Complex elements are first compared by the amplitude and then by the argument. An exception is raised if calling object. TOpenCLBase.ComplexComplexproperty is or array borders are overrud/underrun.
