TMtx.Hankel Method

Constructs a Hankel matrix.

Constructs a Hankel matrix whose first column is FirstColumn and whose elements are zero below the first anti-diagonal. The Rows, Cols and TMtxVec.ComplexComplexproperties of the calling matrix are adjusted automatically.
